At Sparkplugs Limited we respect and value your privacy. We collect only limited data, sufficient to fulfil your order and provide basic information for the purposes of after sales support, if required. We will only collect data as stated here and in a way that is consistent with our legal obligations.

6. How Do You Use My Personal Data?

We will not share any of your personal data other than in the unlikely event that we are legally obliged to do so or are under instructions from the UK governemt to do so.

9. Accessing your personal data.

If, at any time, you would like to know what personal data we hold for you you can ask us to supply you with a copy of it. This is call a subject access request (SAR). Requests must be made in writing and sent via our contact form or to our registered company address by post. We will normally respond to any such request within 1 month of receipt, although it may take longer if your request is complex, we will keep you informed in this case. Repeated or unjustified requests may elicit an administration charge.
