NGK Spark Plug BUR9EQP (5255)

NGK Spark Plug BUR9EQP (5255). Suitable for most Mazda RX-7 models. This is the standard NGK UK recommended heat range for ALL chambers of the RX-7 rotary engine.

Please note that modified engines or vehicles driven extremely hard (e.g. racing) may need an alternative spark plug type in order to protect from engine damage.

If your leading chambers are prone to spark plug fouling you may wish to consider the warmer spark plug options BUR8EQP or BUR7EQP. It is critically important that the alternative heat range (warmer) plugs are fitted to the correct chambers, otherwise engine damage is highly likely. If in doubt use BUR9EQP in all chambers.
