Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement and will not be shared with any other business or individual. We will only collect personal identification information from you in the event of your placing an order or actively subscribing to our email newsletter, you will need to actively 'opt in' by selecting the 'subscribe to newsletter' checkbox in order to subscribe.

  • Physical address - which will only be used to address your order for delivery.
  • Email address - which will only be used to keep you informed of your order progress or to send promotional and special offer emails if you 'opt in'.
  • Telephone number - which will only be used if we have a query or problem with your order or payment. 

This information will only be used in relation to your order, with the exception of email address and name details which will be used if - and only if, you subscribe to our newsletter.

If you have provided your personal details to allow us to process your order then we will keep a record of those details for a maximum period of 60 months, or 120 months where a 10 year warranty is applicable. This is to ensure that we maintain a record of your purchase and are able to associate your purchase with your customer ID in the event of a warranty claim or technical enquiry being necessary. Your account can be deleted from our system at any point during this period upon your request.

If you created an account during the checkout process you have the option to login and use the 'delete account' link to remove all reference to your order from our shopping cart system. However, please consider that this will make it difficult or impossible for us to prove your purchase amount and date if needed. If you are unable to delete your account yourself using the options provided then please contact us directly and request that we delete all of your data on your behalf.


Your personal data will not be shared with any third party other than our payment processors, Paypal or Sagepay, and only then in the event of your placing an order where essential personal data is needed for the payment processor to verify your identity and validate your payment. Our payment processors are themselves compliant with the GDPR. Non personal data may be shared with third party companies Google and/or Facebook in order for us to better understand customer habits whilst browsing our website, this enables us to better understand our visitors and to tailor our website to better suit customer needs.
